The team at Country Kids Learning Center is made up of passionate educators and caregivers who share a love for children, learning, and community. Our team is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where children are known, encouraged, and challenged to grow. With a heart for faith-based education and hands-on learning, we partner closely with families to support each child’s academic, social, and emotional development.

Our Educators

Shelley Shelnutt

Founder

With more than 30 years of experience, Shelley is the owner of Country Kids Camp and the heart behind Country Kids Learning Center. Her love for faith-based learning, nature, and community has shaped a program where children are encouraged to learn with confidence, curiosity, and purpose.

Tarah Rogers

Tarah brings over 5 years of experience working in homeschool pods and has been leading programs at Country Kids Learning Center. She is passionate about project-based learning and loves creating engaging experiences that help children learn.

Kayla Young

Kayla brings experience teaching middle and high school and supporting students with IEPs, along with a strong connection to nature and a passion for science-based learning.
